1. Rental Terms

• Rental Period: The rental period begins on the delivery date and ends on the agreed return date. Extensions must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
• Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of reservation. Extensions or additional charges (e.g., late return fees) will be billed to the payment method on file.
• Delivery and Pickup: The customer must provide accurate delivery and pickup addresses. Changes must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
• Condition of Equipment: The equipment will be delivered clean and in good working condition. Customers are responsible for maintaining it during the rental period.
• Damages or Loss: Customers are liable for any damage beyond normal wear and tear, as well as theft or loss of the equipment. Repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations: Reservations canceled at least 48 hours before the delivery date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee of up to 50% of the rental cost.
• No-Show Policy: Failure to receive or return the equipment as scheduled may result in the full rental fee being charged without a refund.

3. Liability Waiver

• Assumption of Risk: The customer acknowledges that the use of rental equipment carries inherent risks. GiGi Strollers, LLC, is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from misuse of the equipment.
• Customer Responsibility: The customer agrees to use the equipment as intended and to ensure its proper operation during the rental period.
• Indemnification: The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless GiGi Strollers, LLC, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of the use or misuse of the rental equipment.
• Force Majeure: GiGi Strollers, LLC, is not responsible for delays or failure to deliver equipment due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, natural disasters).

4. Acknowledgment and Agreement

By placing your order, you agree to the terms outlined in this Rental Agreement and Liability Waiver. You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted the risks and responsibilities associated with the use of the rental equipment.
